On average it takes us 3 to 7 business days to manufacture and personalize your order before we ship it. There may be delays on holidays.

When your order is made, we ship it to you the same day. On average, delivery takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
